The Ontario Medical Association wants to see COVID-19 vaccinations be mandated for all health care workers in the province. Dr. Kassam reiterates the OMA’s position on this matter.

As part of stage 3 of the province’s economic reopening plan, he has made the decision to mandate proof of COVID-19 vaccinations for patrons of his business. All of his staff have received full vaccination. Kaspar is like many other employers who have to make a decision as to whether they will mandate such a policy as a health and safety precaution.
