Ontario’s Climate Change Action was released today and the plan will add about 5 dollars a month to home heating plans, and more than 4 cents a litre to the price of gasoline. Is it a good deal to become green? Or just another cash grab by the government. Greg Payne of Greenchip Financial joined Libby to discuss.
