Road fatalities on the streets of Toronto continue to rise after a cyclist was struck this morning in downtown Toronto. According to statistics from the Toronto Police: 3 cyclists were struck in a span of only 4 hours on Toronto streets this past Sunday. Councillor Stephen Holyday continues to request that transportation staff consider getting bicyclists to be licensed and he will join Libby to discuss his safety plan. But, not everyone agrees that cyclists should be licensed. Joining Libby in studio will be Yvonne Bambrick an Urban Cycling Consultant and Author of The Urban Cycling Survival Guide.
