On Monday, the province announced it was seeking to place a moratorium on companies getting water out of Ontario. If passed, companies would not be able to start bottled water production or expand existing operations. This, after Nestle applied for a new contract to take water out of the ground in Aberfoyle, Ontario at just pennies per gallon.
