We’ve been saying it for a long time now; 2016 has been a deadly year on Toronto Streets. Yesterday, another pedestrian – an 87 year old woman – was struck and killed when she crossed the street near Bathurst and Sheppard. And as the rain fell last night, 42 collisions took place including 15 pedestrians struck including one who suffered serious injuries. Toronto Police Constable Clint Stibbe is in studio to talk about it.
