The Federal Government has reached a new 4-year deal with the Public Service Alliance of Canada which includes a 5.5% increase in salary, a $650 signing bonus, and what the union calls “significant breakthroughs on sick leave and adjustments to the work force.” It means the workers will continue being able to bank sick days.
