A class action lawsuit has been proposed on behalf of Uber Drivers, who say they are employees of the company, and should be entitled to minimum wage, overtime and vacation pay. The possible suit could seek up to $200 Million in damages. An Uber spokesman says the flexibility offered by the contractor classification is part of the company’s appeal. Lior Samfiru, from the firm that is launching the suit, joined Libby to talk about it.
