The Ministry of Finance Advisory Council on Economic Growth has recommended that the Federal Government should raise the eligibility age for Old Age Security and the Canada Pension Plan as a way to increase the labour force. It runs counter to what the Liberals ran on and a promise to older Canadians. Jeremy Kronick, Senior Policy Analyst at the CD Howe Institute joins Libby to talk about it.
