A motion to condemn Islamaphobia is coming up for debate at the House of Commons this week. A non-binding motion that was introduced in the light of the terror attack at a Quebec Mosque earlier this year. But some are against the idea, saying it could stifle free speech, and doesn’t include other hate crimes. Toronto educator and community advocate Jeewan Chanicka and National Post columnist Barbara Kay join us to discuss the motion.
