As we get closer to a provincial election, the Liberals are promising more for residents in the province in the way of changes to pharmacare, hydro and even funding for long term care facilities. But according to the latest polls, PC Leader Patrick Brown would still become Premier if a vote was held today. What makes the former MP from Barrie so attractive to voters?
