The OPP says there has been an 80% increase in aggressive driving deaths from last year. So far in 2017, 27 people have been killed on the roads, up from 15 this time last year. What is the reason behind the increase? Or is it just a statistical blip? OPP Sgt. Kerry Schmidt joins Libby to explain the numbers, and remind us how to stay safe on the roads.
