It’s a contract offer that’s being called “unprecedented.” The Liberals are offering OPSEU a 4 year contract extension with a 7.5% pay increase. If OPSEU members ratify the deal, it means labour peace through the 2018 election, but Kathleen Wynne says it’s not about that, but rather a balanced budget. OPSEU president Warren “Smokey” Thomas joins Libby to talk about it.
