Today’s discussion: Air Canada passengers are getting increasingly upset with the airline company. Customers are complaining that their request for compensation after flight cancellations and delays have been rejected. On December 15 of 2019, new regulations were implemented to mandate compensation for such situations. In other news, a video of an airplane passenger shaking the seat of another who reclined her seat ahead of his has gone viral and it has sparked a debate about flying etiquette. In local news, a growing number of Toronto landlords are pushing out tenants to reclaim units for their own personal use.
