Libby Znaimer is joined by Craig Thompson, Executive Director of the Patient Ombudsman, and then Jane Meadus, a staff lawyer and the Institutional Advocate at the Advocacy Centre for the Elderly (ACE) and Melissa Miller, Partner at Howie, Sacks & Henry LLP.
In the news: The Ontario Patient Ombudsman has been calling on Canadians to report nursing home related complaints amid the COVID-19 health crisis.
