The good news is that there seems to be political will at all levels of government and all parties to finally make the changes that have to be made. But what are they? Today we are going to sort through the various plans and ideas that are already on the table. The latest from the Ontario government is an emergency order that will allow it to appoint a manager to oversee the response to COVID-19 at long-term care homes struggling to deal with an outbreak. Is that what we need?
