A bill at Queen’s Park has passed second reading that would see text-safe zones be brought in on the side of the roads in certain areas. The idea is to allow drivers to pull over if they need to text someone. A similar law is already in place in New York which also has the endorsement from several insurance agencies. Steve Kee from the Insurance Bureau of Canada joins us to talk about the bill.
