When marijuana becomes legal next July, it could be sold with more restrictions than tobacco. The Liberals will  have to decide on an age of majority for recreational marijuana use, which retail networks will be allowed to sell it, and a host of regulatory issues around that process.  A position paper to be released today by the Canadian Mental Health Association’s Ontario branch will be calling on the province to ban pot-smoking in cars with a “zero tolerance” policy, cap the amount of THC in cannabis products , and use all tax revenues from them to boost addiction and mental health services.
