With the rising tide of racism and antisemitism in Canada, Friends of Simon Wiesenthal Center’s annual Freedom Day event is more important than ever! The organization brought together 3,500 students from across Ontario to inspire them to stand up for freedom, democracy and human rights. The day was dedicated to preserving the legacy of Holocaust survivor and Nazi hunter Simon Wiesenthal. We were fortunate enough to talk with one of the speakers, holocaust survivor and author Max Eisen.
