Toronto Police issued a public safety alert following a string of collisions around the city on Wednesday that sent a number of people to hospital. Constable David Hopkinson says part of that was because of the rainy conditions. Toronto usually averages 191 collisions per 24 hour period, and so far this year we’ve had 5 more collisions than last year at this time. We speak with Constable Clint Stibbe to find out why there are so many crashes
