The Liberals are introducing sweeping changes to Ontario’s policing laws for the first time in a quarter century. The new law strengthens oversight of the system and makes it possible to suspend officers without pay. We speak with Gerry McNeilly, the Independent Police Review Director and John Sewell member of the Toronto Police Accountability Coalition about these new changes
