Consumers who shop at both Shoppers Drug Mart and Loblaw grocery stores will be able to merge their Optimum points with their PC Plus loyalty points into a new loyalty program called PC Optimum starting February 1st. Consumers will keep collecting points as usual until February 1st when their Optimum and/or Plus points will move to the new program at equal value.Libby spoke with Consumer Advocate Ellen Roseman about this new loyalty merge and what it means for the consumer.
