November continues to be the deadliest month on the roads for pedestrians. Two people have died after they were struck by vehicles last night in separate incidents in Mississauga and Brampton. Earlier this month, Toronto Police launched a campaign called Step up and Be Safe, and of course there is the Vision Zero Road safety Plan, but is it working? We speak with Councillor Kristyn Wong-Tam, Ward 27, Toronto Centre-Rosedale and advocate Maureen Coyle, of Walk Toronto about it.
