Members of a coalition of home-care providers are asking a court to review an Ontario government decision to create a central body for delivering personal support care saying the Wynne Liberals did not consult industry members on the move. The opposition PC’s are accusing the Liberals of favouring SEIU home care who they say began lobbying the Liberals in 2016 to adopt the exact model in place for personal support service. PC health critic Jeff Yurek joined Libby along with Jo-anne Poirier President and CEO of The Victorian Order of Nurses, Canada to talk about it.
