The great Aretha Franklin has died at the age of 76 of advanced pancreatic cancer with her family at her bedside. She had been in ill health since 2010, when she was diagnosed with a tumor but returned to intermittent live performance after undergoing surgery. Aretha is considered one of the greatest singers ever and has been crowned the Queen of Soul.
