There’s a renewed call for changes to travel for vulnerable seniors. Mohan Karki says his parents, 66 and 69, who are in wheelchairs and don’t speak English, were left unattended

Lawyer David Lepoksky is with Accessibility for Ontarians with disabilities act alliance and says that the situation is unacceptable.

The RCMP were called and found the couple confused and in their wheelchairs just steps from the Westjet counter at Vancouver airport.
