Libby Znaimer is joined by Shachi Kurl, Executive Director, Angus Reid Institute, Dr. Gerald Batist, Director of the Segal Cancer Centre at Montreal’s Jewish General Hospital, and Shawn Whatley, Munk Senior Fellow at the Macdonald-Laurier Institute.

Together, they discuss Canadian Cancer Drug Shortages and an Angus Reid Poll finds more than 2 million Canadians over the age of 55 face significant barriers when accessing the health care system in their province, such as long waits to see a family doctor – if they have one – or lengthy wait-times for surgery, diagnostic tests, and specialist visits.
