Libby Znaimer is joined by Steve Clark, Ontario Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing, Kim Wright, Principal, Wright Strategies, and Councillor James Pasternak to discuss the pending municipal funding cuts for public health and child care on January 1st of 2020.

Ontario Premier Doug Ford is expected to announce the cuts at a gathering of municipal leaders in Ottawa today. This comes after the PC government had previously said they were cancelling the retroactive cuts to public health and child care.
