The leaders of Canada’s federal parties squared off in what was a heated final English-language debate last night. Liberal leader Justin Trudeau was on the defensive as the other five candidates attacked his government’s track record throughout the course of the two-hour back and forth. One of the most revisited themes of the night was climate change. While all the leaders exchanged jabs towards each other, arguably no one delivered a true “knock out punch” by the end of it.
