Libby Znaimer is joined by Dr. Debra Pepler, a research professor and expert on bullying in the Faculty of Health at York University, Dr. Claire Crooks, Associate Professor and Director for the School of Mental Health at Western University and Brian Trainor, a former police officer and current bullying expert.

Shocking, heartbreaking, disgusting. Those words barely capture the reaction to the murder of 14-year-old Devan Selvey. He was stabbed in broad daylight on school grounds in front of his mother. His mother says the accused, a 14-year-old and an 18-year-old had been bullying him for months. The school was aware, the police were aware and everyone failed Devan. The accused have been charged with first degree murder premeditated murder. How does bullying escalate to murder?
