INFO – Diabetes is very common and the numbers are growing, it is the most common cause of kidney failure, non-traumatic amputations, and a major cause of blindness and, heart attack and stroke. Progress is being made, and people with diabetes are living longer and healthier than ever before, many of them by taking charge of their health.
