INFO – The decision came down July 3rd, 2013 on the appeal of the wind power project at Ostrander Point in Prince Edward County.
Despite the testimony of the “credible” witnesses who are victims of the noise and vibration from wind power projects, the Tribunal decided that this project would not cause serious harm to human health; however, the Tribunal upheld the appeal by the Prince Edward County Field Naturalists (PECFN), and ruled that there would be “serious and irreversible harm” to the natural environment.
