INFO – There are numerous types of arthritis including osteoarthritis (the most common) and rheumatoid arthritis. We will discuss these and other types of arthritis that may be causing joint problems for you.
Osteoporosis refers to bones that have lost density. This is a common problem affecting Zoomers and puts them at increased risk for bone fractures. We will discuss bone thinning — how to prevent it and how to manage it if you have it.
