The physician who guided Toronto through the 2003 SARS crisis has appealed for more thought to be given to approving assisted suicide.
Dr. Donald Low recorded a YouTube video eight days before he died last week.
In the video posted today, Low urges Canadian doctors and others who are against assisted suicide to rethink their position.
Low had a brain tumor, and says he would like the option of choosing when he will die.
He says he was frustrated at not having the ability to choose the time of his passing.
