Blue Jays pitcher Roberto Osuna’s been ordered to stay away from a residential building in the Fort York neighbourood as part of his bail conditions following an assault charge May 8.

The details were revealed in court documents that state the 23-year-old Osuna must not communicate directly or indirectly with the woman in the alleged domestic incident.

He may only go to the building in order to get his personal belongings while accompanied by an officer.

The documents also say he must not buy, consume or possess alcohol and may not possess weapons.

Osuna’s case goes to court June 18.

Major League Baseball initially placed him on seven-day administrative leave pending an investigation.

That’s since been extended to May 21.

A domestic violence policy agreed to by MLB and the Players Association would allow the commissioner to discipline Osuna even if the charge does not result in a trial.
