We’re getting a farewell blast of winter weather before spring arrives on Wednesday.
Precipitation blowing across southern Ontario is expected to range from 2 to 4 cm of snow, ice pellets and freezing rain in some areas – to 20 cm of snow over extreme eastern Ontario.
Colder air is expected to surge into all regions from the west tomorrow in the wake of the disturbance, with flurries and colder than normal temperatures forecast.
Hazardous winter driving conditions are anticipated as untreated roads may become slippery and snow covered.
