The executive producer of the hit TV series says there will be an episode to address the death of Finn Hudson, the character played by Cory Monteith.

It will be the third episode of Glee’s fifth season, which begins in late September.

The popular TV series will then go on hiatus while reassessing where it goes from there.

The 31-year-old Monteith was found dead in a Vancouver hotel room eight days ago, after an overdose of heroin and alcohol.

He’d been in rehab just three months before.
