Quebec could become the first province to pass legislation that would allow for medically assisted dying. Bill 52 goes up for a vote today in the National Assembly. It follows the lead of legislators in Belgium and the Netherlands, where there have been similar laws for more than a decade.
Dying With Dignity has been working for decades to improve quality of dying and expanding end of life choices.
