The widow of 60 Minutes correspondent Bob Simon is suing the driver of a limousine town car that crashed and killed her husband. The New York Post says Francoise Simon’s suit contends the death could have been avoided if the limousine company’s owner hadn’t rehired the driver after nine license revocations and two speeding convictions.  Simon, who was 73, was killed in February when the limo crashed on Manhattan’s West Side Highway
