The lawyer for Dellen Millard has told Hamilton court, the defence won’t call any evidence.
Millard and co-accused Mark Smich have pleaded not guilty to the first-degree murder of Tim Bosma, the Ancaster father who disappeared in May 2013, after taking two strangers on a test drive in a truck he was trying to sell.
A lawyer for Smich says they will call evidence, which means he might testify as early as Wednesday.
The Crown’s closed its case in the murder trial after presenting evidence for more than three months.
