Islamic State says it’s behind a shooting on the Champs-Elysees, that’s left at least one officer dead and two seriously wounded.

The attacker opened fire on a police van on the popular avenue before being killed by other officers.
The claim of responsibility came unusually quick for the group, which indicated the shooter was Belgian and identified him as Abu Yusuf al-Beljiki.
French President Francois Hollande has called a National Defence and Security Council for Friday morning.
During an news conference in Washington with the Italian prime minister, U.S. President Donald Trump said it’s a ”very, very terrible thing” adding ”What can you say? It just never ends.”
