Bill Cosby’s retrial on sexual assault charges has been re-scheduled for next March.
That’s five months later than planned.
The move will allow Cosby’s new defence team the time it needs – to prepare for the case.
Judge Steven T. O’Neill of the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas – has also said that he expects the jury to be chosen from the local county – instead of from the other side of Pennsylvania – where the jurors for Cosby’s first trial were selected.
That trial ended with a hung jury in June.
Cosby faces three charges of aggravated indecent assault against Andrea Constand – who worked for Temple University at the time of the alleged attacks.
